If a public cruise has fewer than 6 guests one hour prior to departure, we will cancel the cruise and move your party to the next available one, give credit for a future cruise, or provide a refund.

We recommend that you wear whatever clothes make you comfortable. The temperature on the harbor can change throughout the day, so we suggest bringing an extra layer or a jacket just in case!

Our public events have a capacity of 26 passengers, which gives all our guests plenty of room to sit down or walk around the deck. Our private parties can accommodate up to 30 guests.

Guests sitting at the bar must be at least 21 years old. If guests are not sitting at the bar, they must be at least 16 years old to join us on our public cruises. During a private event, there is no age minimum.

Yes, we have a full-service bar on board that offers canned drinks as well as tropical cocktails.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a cruise due to weather, mechanical failure, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund. If possible, we will also make efforts to reschedule the cruise for a later date or offer you the option to transfer your reservation to another available cruise

There are a total of 12 seats at the bar and another 18 seats at the front of the boat.

Yes, we have a bathroom located at the rear of the boat.

The cruise is in total one hour and 30 minutes long. The first 10 minutes is boarding and the last 5 minutes are deboarding.

Our boats run on a very tight schedule and will depart at their scheduled time. We will try to move your party to another availability if possible. Unfortunately, if we are unable to move your reservation to another cruise on the same day your ticket will not be honored.

Yes! You have the option to tip during the cruise through the tip jar or when you pay for a drink on board. Additionally, you will receive a follow-up email asking you about your experience and a link to leave a gratuity if you were satisfied with service you received. Gratuity is split among the crew that made your experience possible.

If you cancel your cruise more than 72 hours before departure we will provide you with a credit for a future cruise or private event. If we cancel the cruise for any reason other than low capacity we will provide a full refund. If you cancel your cruise within 72 hours of departure you will not be eligible for a refund.
